Who is responsible

This website is run by ayshaart (AYSHA studio). [To be confirmed: legal name and address of the data controller.] For any privacy question, write to ayshaaaart@gmail.com.

What we collect, and why

• Inquiry, commission and contact forms: your name, email, country and message, plus — for commissions — the preferred size, colours, budget and an optional reference image. We use them only to answer your request.
• Newsletter: your email address, to send news about new works and workshops.
• Spam protection: a one-way, scrambled code made from your internet address (never the address itself), used only to limit repeated messages.

We ask for your consent in each form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Where your data is stored

• Messages and newsletter emails are stored with Supabase (servers in the European Union).
• Notification emails are sent with Resend.
• Reference images are kept in a private storage area that only the studio can open.

We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

[To be confirmed] Messages are kept as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie banner is shown. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving the newsletter, by writing to ayshaaaart@gmail.com. If you are in the European Union, you can also contact your local data protection authority.
